"What a joy it is to have an insurance agent that actually talks with you and serves a customer. Recently, my brother was an agent for another corporation selling insurance. He was very very successful till he retired just recently. The person that took over from him was a younger man that trained in his Office. Well, the only thing I can say is I can’t wait to change all my policies because Jake is just like my brother was he gives service. Also, none of those automated machines answered the phones people do. Walk into Jake Brandt’s State Farm agency in Brainerd, MN and you are in the right place! I could write a novel about how helpful and pleasant he is to work with. His office staff reflect his outstanding work ethic too. We moved to the Brainerd area and he saved us a considerable amount of money from what we were paying. Most importantly, he TOOK THE TIME to explain our coverage and the many options available. We recently had our first claim. Their agents are great, their customer service can't be beat, their staff is knowledgeable and always available, their claims process is easy from start to finish, and they truly have everything you need. Accessing your stuff when you need it is a piece of cake and knowing you're being taken care of and your best interest are always in mind when dealing with these guys makes you feel good. Jake and Travis go out of their way to get their job done and their other staff make you feel just as important when talking with them.
